What are teacher qualifications?

• All teachers are required to have experience working with young children
• All teachers are required to be CPR/First Aid Certified
• All teachers are required to get state and federal background checks through DCDEE (Division of Child Development and Early Education)
• All teachers will be required to get childcare training hours yearly

Will UBK administer medications?

• UBK will not administer medications unless it is life threatening such as EPI-PEN

How long can my child stay?

• Your child can not stay longer than 4 hours

What form of payment do you take?

• We accept money orders, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards  

How do we handle cleaning of facility?

• We take pride in having a clean and sanitize facility. Staff are required to wipe down all stationary furniture, learning materials, bathrooms (after every use) etc. Our staff and children wash/sanitize hands more frequently and before/after all snacks and meals, upon entering the facility, after all diaper changes, nose wiping etc.
